| RAKALJ:
Is a small town on the southeast Istrian coastline, 12 km from
the nearest bigger place Marčana and 30km far away from the
biggest Istrian town of Pula. It is known as the birth-place
of a famous Istrian scientist and writer Mijo Mirković ( Mate
Balota )and the ethnographical collection in his birth house.
It is away from the crowd and noise and ideal for walking,
relaxing and enjoying its hidden beaches that are some 3 km
from the centre of town, and some of the most
beautiful ones are reachable only from the sea-side and by boat

HOUSE VALIC.
Located in the small Town of Rakalj on the sea front - There
are 2 self-catering
apartments "Martina" and "Antonio" with
an adjoining corridor/outer
entrance hall. It is possible to book as two separate
apartments for up to
5 persons in each apartment each with their
own front entrance or as a whole that can sleep up to 10 people in total. Croatian owners, father speaks good
English. Price band "B" each apartment or "D" for the two apartments together.
Each apartment has its own parking place, possibility of
a child cot and bicycle use. There is a separate laundry-
room with a washing machine usable for both the apartments.There are some nice beaches down the road
from Rakalj hidden from the eyes of the public and people enjoy
going to the nearby village of Krnica for sunbathing, too.

"Martina" apartment.
Leading off from the entrance hallway is an open plan
sitting-dining room and very well equipped kitchen area.
The
sitting room has a comfortable sofa which can accommodate 1
sleeping, a dining table and chairs with seating for up to
6, and is equipped with satellite TV.
The kitchen is fully
equipped with: cooker, a refrigerator, a coffee maker,
microwave and all the crockery and cutlery you will need. |

The bigger double-bed room is with a separate
dressing table and the other, a bit smaller suitable for two
children or another couple - both with more than ample
wardrobe and storage space. The
bathroom comprises a shower, sink and WC units and is well
supplied with hot water. There is a
charming little terrace with table and chairs for
outdoor meals and relaxing. |

"Antonio"
apartment is on the same-ground floor, but
completely separated from the other apartment with an outer
entrance hall. Both apartments have the same modern style and very good
quality.
Another bright new apartment with very comfortable
sitting-dining room with a sofa that can be used as one
extra sleeping place and a dining table for up to 6 equipped
with satellite TV. A spacious kitchen
area very well equipped with: cooker, stove, refrigerator,
microwave, coffee maker and all the cutlery and crockery. |

Two double-bedded rooms one of which is with a
dressing table and both with plenty of wardrobe and storage
space. The bathroom is with a good
sized corner shower, sink and WC units and ample hot
water. You can enjoy your meals, or
evenings on the little terrace with a table and chairs for a
real holiday relaxation. |
