Directions from Zagreb airport to Glavani 4.

Leaving Zagreb Airport on the south eastern corner of Zagreb , head north west up to the A4 motorway westbound.

Join for a few miles and then take the A1 signposted for Karlovac. Stay on this motorway all the way following the signs for  Rijeka (It becomes the A6 sometime after Karlovac).

Around Rijeka you will start to see signs for Pula . Stick with these!

Just proceed in the direction of Pula and you will come to the Ucka tunnel.

Go through the tunnel (this costs 28 kuna) and continue down the motorway towards Pula until near to the end.

Take the exit signposted to the town of Vodnjan (maybe 12 kilometres from Pula ). Follow the slip road down to the T-Junction and then turn right. After 100metres take the right fork (the main road bends to the left and you actually drive straight ahead up the hill) go straight on with the town to the left until you cross over the railway line.

Once across the railway line take a right turn signposted for Barban. Our village of Glavani is about 10 kilometres up this road.

Once you see the yellow Glavani village sign, take the next street on the right (You will see our “Our friends, Istra Zivot,” sign opposite the entrance and we are about 150 meters down this street on the left -  a stone house with a stone clad office in front of it and a small white building just before the gravel drive. You can’t miss us. Pull in and park.
